We’re excited to announce that CHALK (Choosing Healthy & active Lifestyles for Kids) is issuing a call for applications to community based organizations and initiatives that support healthy lifestyles for school aged children in Washington Heights/Inwood.

Applicants can apply for grants of up to $2,000 and may be partially funded. Funds will be awarded based on merits of submitted proposals and dependant on fund availability.
